Joan Whitmore Scholarship for 1997

摘要

This scholarship of R5000 (five thousand rand) for one year only is intended to assist a woman to undertake research or advanced study in a branch of ENGINEERING at a university or technikon, which would be of potential benefit to the Reconstructionand Development Programme (RDP). Conditions The recipient must undertake to submit written progress reports by the end of June and December 1997, and a copy of her thesis or a final report at the end of the research project or course of study, The recipient must acknowledge in any thesis or publication prepared with the aid of the scholarship, the financial support received from the scholarship.
