Synthesis and biological evaluation of 3-substituted-4-[2'-(4''-isobutylphenyl)propionamido]-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles and their derivatives

摘要

Several 3-substituted-4-[(2'-(4''-isobutylphenyl)propionamido]-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles and their derivatives have been synthesized. Some compounds have shown promoising antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities.
