摘要

Diarrhetic shellfish poisons (DSP) (including okadaic acid (OA), dinophysistoxin-1 (DTX1), pectenotoxin-1, PTX2, PTX6 and yessotoxin) were determined simultaneously using LC-MS/MS and mouse bioassay in shelfish (oyster, mussel, Washington purple clam, ark shell, scallop and short necked clam) collected at Tongyeong, Korea, from March to Sept., 2006. Oyster and mussel were found to contain DSP (0.05-0.1 MU/g) in March using mouse bioassay, however, no DSP were detected using LC-MS/MS. A small amount of DTX1 (0.05 mug/g) was found in mussels in June and OA (0.01-0.02 mug/g) in 5 types of shellfish in Aug. using LC-MS/MS.
