Sir, - We are reporting on a 37-year-old male who had a history of several weeks of headache. On admission, he presented with mild deficits of concentration and mild mnestic dysfunction. MRI of the brain showed a right temporal contrast enhancing lesion (Figure 1A, B). He underwent 5-ami-nolevulinic acid (5-ALA) supported gross total resection, and histology revealed a glio-blastoma.
