The Right Bite Program: a theory-based nutrition intervention at a minority college campus.

This article focuses on The Right Bite Nutrition Program, a nutrition intervention programme developed at a small minority university in Texas, USA. The programme addresses the lack of nutrition knowledge and the unhealthy dietary patterns of college students. The objectives, corresponding measures and interim results are summarized. The development, implementation and implications of the programme are discussed.
