ACC welcomes SAICM

The American Chemistry Council(ACC)has welcomed the approval of the UNEP Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management(SAICM)Dubai Declaration.SAICM will provide the framework for future international chemical management arrangements and will strongly influence the direction of national regulatory systems from now until 2020 with the aim of using and producing chemicals in ways that minimize adverse effects on health and the environment.
