PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welcoming and sending-off support system and a welcoming and sending-off report device for use in this system, which support welcoming and sending-off to smoothly perform welcoming and sending-off services for users requiring attendants by shortening the wait time of each user in a waiting place.;SOLUTION: When a bus 1 for welcoming and sending-off arrives at a preliminarily determined prescribed position just before arriving at the waiting place, a CPU 8 of the welcoming and sending-off report device 2 provided on the bus 1 transmits welcoming and sending-off information indicating approach of the bus 1 to the waiting place to pertinent communication terminal devices 5 and 6 on the basis of contact destination information stored in a memory 9 corresponding to this prescribed position.
