摘要

The article demonstrates the feasibility of the formation of ultra-thin(2-15 nm) BaTiO@3 ferroelectric films on an Fe sublayer by pulsed laser deposition. The measured data obtained by piezoresponse force microscopy evidence that the grown BaTiO _3 films are a functional ferroelectric material and possess high polarization stability. An efficient piezomodule for BaTiO _3 layers of various thicknesses is 8-10 pm/V.
