摘要

Optoelectronic tweezes (OET) is a major enabling technology in the microparticle manipulation field due to the non-invasive, low-power and parallel manipulation characteristics. This paper describes a close-loop control system for real-time interactive manipulation of microparticles using OET on the DMD device. And our control system provides two manipulation modes: automation operation and manual operation. Based on the machine vision and image processing, the automation operation of the control system can automatically recognize, manipulate and track the microparticles. Finally, the parallel manipulation of single microparticles is implemented based on the fabrication of the OET device and establishment of the manipulation platform. And the driving velocity of particles were steadily in 10 μm/s.
