Polystyrene core nanosphere particles possessing 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phsophorylcholine (MPC) olymers onthe corona were prepared by the free radical polymerization of hydrophilic poly MPC macromonomer and hydrophobic styrene with AIBN as a radical initiator in ethanol as a polar solvent.
