THE EFFECT OF VEGETABLE PROTEIN SOURCES, AN ALTERNATIVE TO FISH MEAL UPON THE PRODUCTIVE PARAMETERS OF GROWING UP CARPS (CYPRINUS CARPIO L.)

摘要

This study serves for investigating the possibility for introduction of easily accessible vegetable protein fodder, local production, into soya- isolate meal and peas meal as an alternative to animal meal, in carps (Cyprinus carpio L.) food. The effect of fish meal, soya-isolate meal and peas meal upon the productive characteristics of growing up carps has been investigated. Fish fed on food based on fish mealr has achieved a higher end weight (60.45 g), a higher growth rate and a lower nutritive coefficient (2.97).
