The transformation of polynomial eigenfunctions of linear second-order difference operators: a special case of Meixner polynomials

As polynomial eigenfunctions of a linear second-order difference operator, a special case of the Meixner polynomials, M-n((2,c))(x + 1), is transformed explicitly, into new complete sequences of non-classical orthogonal polynomials. [References: 31]
