Fluorescence imaging of human osteoblast cultures at 7 days stained by phalloidin [green fluorescence) and 4',6-dia-midino-2-phenylindole [blue fluorescence) for the observation of actin cytoskeleton and nuclei, respectively, shows the morphology of human osteoblasts without cyanoacrylates and no inhibition zone (objective, x20; scale bar, 100 ixm).FIGURE 2.
