Purpose: Modified endoscopically assisted resection of benign tumors in the accessory parotid gland region (APGR) has been reported, and the surgery confers a potential risk of injury to the great auricular nerve. This clinical research study provides an updated approach for the resection of benign tumors of the APGR.
