To the Editor: I read with interest the article by Isono et al, "Uterine artery pseudoaneurysm after cesarean section: case report and literature review" [1]. To my knowledge, this is the most comprehensive review of this topic. The authors concluded that "this review indicates the importance of considering pseudoaneurysm in the differential diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage," and "the unexpected appearance of uterine anechoic lesions may suggest pseudoaneurysm." I agree with this conclusion in a general sense, and wish to add one important point.
