The Supermax all-welded plate heat exchanger is designed as an alternative to shell-and-tube heat exchangers for cases where elevated pressure and temperatures are present.The Supermax is particularly suited to applications having a large flow imbalance,including gas or vapor condensers,economizers and related process and energy service,for pressures up to 70 barg(1015 psig)and at temperatures up to 537 deg C(1,000 deg F)for standard range units.With alternating channels for hot and cold media,the unit can be configured to provide true countercurrent or co-current flow.The line offers two different diameters of circular plates.
