摘要

In recent years, new processes giving advantages such as low production cost and good quality using existing facilities have been suggested for the mass production of composite materials. The application of composite materials has been limited because of the difference in the deformation characteristics between very hard reinforcement and soft matrix. Most recent studies on the high temperature deformation behaviour of particulate reinforced composite materials have concentrated on the material characteristics, in other words, superplasti-cities under low strain rate [1-5].
