Analysis of heavily-loaded gearing with account for simultaneous operation of three pairs of teeth

We describe a technique for distributing the transmitted torque among three simultaneously operating pairs of teeth in the heavily-loaded transmission. We clarify the influence of the circular pitch error on the redistribution of the transmitted torque and on the overlap coefficient.
