摘要

We report on characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic thick films of Pb(Zr_(0.54)Ti_(0.46))O_3 +1.0 wt% Nb_2O_5 + xwt% Cr_2O_3 (0.1 < Cr_2O_3 < 0.5 wt%) fabricated by a tape casting method. The effects of Cr_2O_3 were widely examined at the various sintering temperature of 1120-1150℃ to increase the piezoelectricity. As a result, when x= 0.2 wt% at a sintering temperature of 1130℃, the ceramics had a piezoelectric constant (d_(33)) of 408 pC/N, an electro-mechanical coupling factor (Kp) of 62.9% and a dielectric constant (ε_r) of 1363.
