摘要

The effects of soil applied selenium on the chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase (NR) and invertase (INV) of tobacco leaves were studied through pot experiment. The results indicated that the chlorophyll content of tobacco leaves increased under a suitable Se concentration at the vegetative stage, both the activities of NR and INV got enhanced at first, then reduced with the rise of selenium concentration, reached maximum at 12 and 8 mg/kg, respectively. High concentrations of Se (>=16 mg/kg) would reduce the chlorophyll content and decrease the activities of NR and INV. Moreover, INV and NR activities displayed a trend of 75 d >60 d >45 d and 60 d >45 d >30 d >75 d at different growth stages, respectively.
