AimsThe response of microbial metagenome to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) degradation in the rice rhizosphere remains poorly understood. We investigated the spatial and temporal variations of microbial communities and reconstructed metagenomes along the rice rhizosphere gradient during PAHs degradation.
