Enhancing diversity in Christian nursing and education.

Christianity has a deep and abiding mandate to assist the liuinble and the poor and to remember that each of us is "made in the image of God" (Genesis l:27).There-fore, one would expect Christian schools of nursing to be attentive to recruiting and retaining disadvantaged students of color. Sadly, Christian schools do poorly at enhancing diversity and are not different from secular schools of nursing. How can we excel?
