Intractable vomiting: A case of severe gastroparesis after Ramsay Hunt syndrome

We have read an interesting case by Kim et al. "Ramsay Hunt syndrome complicated by a brainstem lesion," which described multiple cranial nerve involvement following Ramsay Hunt syndrome. In this letter, we would like to describe gastroparesis as another rare presentation of cranial nerve involvement after Ramsay Hunt syndrome which usually would be first evaluated by gastroenterologist.
