Transition interval of atrial tachycardia

A 58-year-old man with drug-resistant recurrent atrial tachycardia (AT) was referred to our center for catheter ablation. He had no structural heart disease, and had undergone circumferential pulmonary vein isolation, cavotricus-pid isthmus ablation, and electrogram-based ablation in left atrium (LA) for long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation (AF) previously. The starting rhythm was sinus rhythm and pulmonary veins were not reconnected. An AT with a cycle length of 360 milliseconds was induced by burst pacing from coronary sinus. An externally irrigated ablation catheter (Thermocool, Biosense Webster) was advanced into the LA via a transseptal hole, and the AT was diagnosed as perimitral AT.
