ranscatheter Aortic Valve Implantation with 'No Touch' of the Aortic Arch for the Treatment of Severe Aortic Stenosis Associated with Complex Aortic Atherosclerosis

We present the case of an 80-year-old woman diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis and complex aortic atherosclerotic plaques who underwent transapical TAVI guided by transesophageal echocardiog-raphy and fluoroscopy with no catheter/wire manipulation across the aortic arch to avoid any systemic embolism.
