Chinese producers cut domestic prices for December flats

The Chinese domestic market for flats has not seen any signs of demand recovery, which has made most producers reduce prices for December rolling of flats to local buyers. Even a decrease in output has not helped mills hold their positions, because tough monetary policy in the country prevents an increase in purchases by traders.
