Russian flat steel producers to cut domestic prices on import competition

Russian flat steel producers are about to decrease November prices domestically as competition with foreign suppliersis stiffening. The CR steel segment remains largely stable, while buying interest for HRC is getting thinner, whichleaves almost no chance to avoid price cuts, market players believe.
