There are apps for our phones, computers, iPads and any other device that connects to the Web. In July, the top five most popular social networking sites, according to eBiz/MBA Rank, were Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, Pinterest and MySpace. The estimated unique monthly visitors—individuals who visited a site and a cookie was set in their browser— for these sites combined totaled almost 1.3 billion people, illustrating the reach social media sites have achieved.
