Production management activities at industrial equipment level in workshop

The scope of this paper is the problem of interfacing between production management system and different resources of workshop. We propose a methodology for specifying an adapt communication structure. We apply our method in a specific context, on the one hand a CAMM system and on the other hand a particular resource of the workshop. For the communication we use the industrial messaging MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification). To validate our approach, we implement an application of communication between a CAMM software package and a numerical control workstation.
