Mining played an important part at bauma 2013 and many of the key equipment suppliers turned up in style with Liebherr's stajjd covering over 14,000 m~2 and Caterpillar's three exhibit areas totalling over 12,000 m~2. The dedicated mining hall also played host to a wide range of mining exhibitors - including World Coal - as well as the bauma Forum.
