PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably remove an unnecessary portion from a postcard body while sticking a seal part on the postcard body to enable mailing as a postcard, in the printed matter having the postcard provided with the seal part for concealment attached thereon, and prevent the postcard from being torn out of the printed matter and scratches from being put in the side border section of the postcard in distribution or transport of the printed matter.SOLUTION: A postcard attached sheet 1 includes a postcard body 3, a seal part 4 connected through folding perforations 8 at the side of a short side 3a of the postcard body 3, and a margin 6 connected through cut perforations 9 at the side of one long side 5a of a postcard section 5 formed by the postcard body 3 and the seal part 4. A release paper 7 is attached to one face of the seal part 4 through an adhesive layer, and an adhesive coating area 14 where adhesives for attaching the postcard attached sheet 1 onto the printed matter are applied is formed in the margin 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
