摘要

The simulation of the structure of polymeric semiconductors on the basis of the relaxation-polarization mechanisms is necessary for developing methods of synthesis of materials used in molecular electronics [1]. For this purpose, we analyzed the hybrid spectrum of permittivity ε ' and loss tangent tan δ of the soluble polymeric ion-radical salt (IRS) of tetracyano-quinodimethane (TCNQ) by the selective-superposition method. In this case, it was assumed that the generalized Debye equation [2] is applicable for describing the basic spectrum of permittivity ε ' and the loss factor ε '' = ε ' .
