It is well known that a liquid droplet placed into an electric field is stretched out in the direction of the field action. When the size of the droplet exceeds a certain critical value, the droplet acquires point canonical ends from which further nanometer jets arise [1]. Theoretical grounds of the phenomenon were proposed by Taylor [2], Later on, a more complete theory was developed in [3, 4].
