GE Introduces New DLN System on F-Class Turbines - The first application of the new DLN 2.6+ has gone on stream at the AEM Cassano d'Adda plant in Italy

The ever increasing demand for energy in the North of Italy has induced AEM of Milan to increase the output of their Cassano d'Adda power plant near Milan, In order to obtain the authorization from the local authorities (the municipality of Cassano dAdda and the Lombardy Region), AEM had to grant that the total emissions from the implemented 1000 MW plant will be equal if riot lower than the ones emitted by the former 620 MW plant.
