In order to maximize combustion safety and operating efficiency in the combustion of a gas turbine through multiple fuel nozzles, the fuel injection volume variation of each combustion nozzle should be minimized. The key factor for this is fuel leakage through the connection of combustion nozzle components except the fuel injection port. There should not be. The present invention is a technique for evaluating whether fuel leaks through a junction of each component other than the fuel channel in order to secure a uniform fuel injection amount of the gas turbine dln fuel nozzle, and more specifically, other fuel channels excluding the injection hole of the fuel channel to be tested. It relates to a sealing method, a test method, and a device for the injection port. In the present invention, compressed test air is supplied to a fuel channel to check whether a swirler integrated dln fuel nozzle is leaked, and the injection port connected to each fuel channel is sealed. A device that checks for leakage through the joints of components and the method effectively seals the swirler having a free-form shape for hydrodynamic efficiency, and simultaneously connects the central and external fuel channels of the dln fuel nozzle with multiple fuel channels. It is characterized in that it is possible to effectively check the joint integrity of each fuel channel component joint by conducting a leakage verification test, and to significantly reduce the sealing and device assembly time.
