Hawaii to compete against Asia for LNG

Honolulu, Hawaii-based The Gas Company (TGC) announced June 1 that it has selected CH2M HILL as a principal engineering consultant to introduce natural gas into the Hawaiian market. CH2M HILL will provide economic and feasibility assessments, cost estimates, environmental, logistical and other engineering and safety expertise to assist TGC to import LNG.
