Dabhol LNG terminal to be commissioned in February 2013

India's Dabhol LNG terminal, in development for 10 years, will finally be commissioned in February, according to major shareholder Gas. Authority of India Limited (GAIL). The plant was 80 percent complete in 2005 when ownership reverted to Ratnagiri Gas and Power_Co and its shareholders.
