Azerbaijan's Industry and Energy Ministry and Turkey's Energy and Natural Resources Ministry have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to construct the US$5 billion Trans Anadolu gas pipeline (TANAP), LNG World News reported Dec 27. TANAP will transport Azerbaijani gas produced from the Shah Daniz-2 field to Europe via Georgia and Turkey.
