By the end of this year, Israel's Tamar gas pipeline will be laid, according to a September 1 report by Globes, an Israeli business periodical. Production wells are expected to be complete during the first quarter of 2012. A consortium, consisting of Noble Energy Inc. (36 percent), Avner Oil and Gas LP and Delek Drilling LP (each with 15.625 percent), Israrnco Ltd.(28.7 perent), and Alon Natural Gas Exploration Ltd. (4 percent), has completed 80 percent of the pipeline and will deliver "the pipeline's receiving, command and control components" in the fourth quarter.
