Gazprom, Japanese Agency for Natural Resource Sign Agreement Impacting Vladivostok LNG

Gazprom announced Jan. 17 that the company and. Japan's Agency for Natural Resources and Energy under the Japanese Ministry of Economy signed an agreement of cooperation concerning the proposed Vladivostok LNG plant. The agreement envisages the preparation of a joint feasibility study on the options for gas utilization near Vladivostok as well as for gas and chemicals transportation and sales from the region.
