Stoma dermatitis: prevalent but often overlooked--clarifications.

We are writing to clarify the following issues regarding our article Stoma Dermatitis: Prevalent but Often Overlooked.ConvaTec and Bristol-Meyers Squibb Company ConvaTec would like to clarify that it is a former division of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMS). The ConvaTec division was divested from BMS on August 1, 2008, and has since been operating as an independent entity. As of the divestiture, BMS no longer has manufactured ostomy-related products and devices. The authors appreciate this clarification. Stomahesive and Stomadhesive As the maker of the Stomahesive family of products, ConvaTec would like to note that the use of the name "Stomadhesive" was incorrect and that "Stomahesive" should instead have been used. The authors note that the name "Stomadhesive" was taken directly from one of their references.
