The sleeve has an aperture (5) corresponding to a size of an input of a stoma bag (2). The sleeve is made of plastic i.e. polyurethane. A size and a shape of a surface of the sleeve are designed as a function of an application. The sleeve is extended toward a body according to a size and a position of a stoma output (10). Thickness of the sleeve is in a range of 0.5 to 10 mm, preferably 1 to 3 mm, to exert certain pressure on an abdominal wall (4) of the body. The aperture is formed as a function of diameter of the input of the stoma bag. An independent claim is also included for a method for securely applying a stoma bag to a stoma output on an abdominal wall of a human or animal body.
