摘要

Roger, with the help of his son David, runs 33ha at Brimslow Farm, while a further 33ha a short distance away are managed on an annual basis. The pair reduced cow numbers this year while they built up their poultry enterprise. I have had two letters from readers following my plea for ideas to stop people using supermarkets - thank you. Tony Morgan, from Herefordshire, recommends that we keep asking about the due diligence and traceability of all foreign food imports. Wyn Lewis, from Cardigan, sees the emergence of two-tier shopping with local shops focussing on local produce and recommended the slogan: Shopping locally saves petrol, jobs, the environment, and time.
