PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wrapped raw welsh onion and meat making use of a characteristic in hot-plate cooking allowing eaters to enjoy a process of roasting a material thoroughly,or a chat with one another while waiting, and to keep the material warm on a hot plate, and maintained and distributed fresh as a food comprising wrapped ingredients with a coating dough: and to provide roasted wrapped welsh onion and meat obtained by roasting the wrapped raw welsh onion and meat: and to provide a method for producing the wrapped raw welsh onion and meat, and the roasted wrapped welsh onion and meat.;SOLUTION: The wrapped raw welsh onion and meat is produced by the following process: making an oval coating dough 1 through extending material obtained by mixing soft wheat flour with hard wheat flour at a prescribed ratio, appropriately adding edible oil, salt and water to the mixture and sufficiently kneading the mixture; making padding 2 through mixing finely cut ribs with welsh onion leaves; appropriately adding egg, oil and seasoning to the mixture; well kneading the mixture into gruel in some measure; putting the padding 2 spread in a prescribed thickness on the half side of the skin 1; folding another half side of the skin 1 without the padding 2 so as to be formed into a U-shape; and closing the periphery of the skin.
