Liability Transfer Agreements for the funding of mine closures using Monte Carlo simulations

This paper reviews methods for accumulating finds and administering mine closure activities, including site rehabilitation and post closure site care and maintenance. for some mine projects, care and maintenance programs are required long after the completion of closure work.
