摘要

The development of equipment for hybrid atmospheric plasma arc spraying and laser beam treatment of sprayed coatings by remelting was described. The diode laser with 1.4 kW output and Nd:YAG laser with 1.2 kW output were used. The tests of equipment and sprayed coatings were described. The melting of sprayed coating and substrate was attained down to 0.1 - 0.3 mm depth. The requirements on substrate preparation were decreased
