CGA Touts Role Of Natural Gas In Integrated Community Energy Systems

Natural gas can play a crucial role in reducing energy use and greenhouse emissions from urban areas and communities which account for 50% of all use and emissions and where most Canadians live, says a new report. "Natural gas is a key enabling pathway for lower carbon integrated community energy systems," says the Canadian Gas Association (CGA) in a 2010 pre-budget submission to the federal government.
