Delphi Energy Corp. has set a capital budget of between $17 million-$22 million in the first half of the year to preserve financial flexibility during turbulent economic times.The company will fund its program from internally generated cash flow with an aim to pursue strategic growth opportunities that are attractively priced. The planned capital program is expected to result in production volumes of approximately 6,500-7,000 bbls of oil equivalent per day in the first six months of the year, which takes into account scheduled facility maintenance outages during the second quarter affecting roughly 330 BOE per day in the Hythe, Bigstone and Tower Creek areas.
