摘要

The following paper presents an integrated design concept for modular production planning processes in networked production. The concept is based on the application of model-based predictive control aspects as the general perspective to deal with the problem of complex planning situations. The proposed step-by-step methodology is based on modular synthesis approach. Uncertainty in networked production processes is understood as limited availability of information within the design process explicitly focusing modelling aspects. Due to the control loop concept of the design process relevant trade-offs between the different design steps can be addressed. Introducing basic conditions for design consistency of model-based planning concepts the matching problem is solved based on a match of adequate, identical or similar descriptions of the production process.
