EU Parliament passes REACH legislation,more review still necessary

In November,the European Parliament approved proposed chemicals regulations,known as REACH (which stands for registration,evaluation and authorization of chemicals).The legislators made more than 400 amendments to the legislation as drafted by the European Commission.
